How to Return an Item
Contact Us
Email support@cleaningmarkets.com with your order number and reason for return. You can also use our contact form.
Receive Instructions
We will send you return instructions and the shipping address within 24 hours.
Ship the Item
Pack the item securely in its original packaging (if possible) and ship it to the provided address. You pay return shipping.
Get Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 3–5 business days.
Return Conditions
To qualify for a full refund, returned items must:

- ✅ Be in original packaging (if possible)
- ✅ Include all accessories and documentation

How Exchanges Work
- Contact us with your order number and the correct part you need
- Return the incorrect item to our warehouse (you pay return shipping)
- We ship the correct part once we receive the return (we cover replacement shipping)
If there is a price difference, we will either refund the difference or send you a payment link for the additional amount.
Refund Process
Once we receive your return:
- We inspect the item within 1–2 business days
- If approved, we process your refund immediately
- Refunds appear on your original payment method within 3–10 business days (depending on your bank)

Damaged or Defective Items
